We are excited to inform you about the recent updates to the Seller Contact Preference page in the seller lab. This update is designed to enhance your experience and improve how you receive important communications.
How to access this page:
Navigate to Seller Lab, click on Home, then select Edit Store Details. Scroll down and click on the Add Preference icon.
Key updates:
- Introducing Phone Number under Contact Type:
You can now add up to two phone numbers per domain in your contact preferences. This feature is available for admin users, ensuring you can stay connected via multiple phone numbers. - Access to Seller WhatsApp Channel:
You can now join the Seller WhatsApp channel directly from your contact preferences. A QR code and link have been added for quick access. Stay updated with the latest announcements and support via WhatsApp! - Introducing New “Inventory Related” Domain:
A new domain has been introduced, allowing all registered email IDs under this domain to receive critical inventory updates, including GRN reports, aging inventory notifications, and more
