Starting January 15, 2025, we’ll proactively reimburse you for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) items that are lost in our fulfillment centers. We’ll start issuing reimbursements proactively for all inventory reported as Warehouse Lost on your Inventory Ledger Report while we have previously reimbursed only upon your claim. This more seamless experience, will help save you time and money, by minimizing the need to manually research and file claims for lost items. As part of this change, we’ll be amending the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy from January 15, 2025. Learn more on the Changes to program policies.
