Mobile measurement platform Adjust has announced two major updates coming to its dashboard this June, focusing on streamlined attribution management and expanded data sharing capabilities with AppLovin.

These updates are designed to give advertisers more granular control over their campaign configurations while improving the measurement of reinstall-driven user acquisitions.

1. Introduction of Partner-Level Attribution Settings

Launching on June 11, Adjust is introducing a new tier in its attribution settings hierarchy. This new “Partner-level” setting sits directly between existing app-level and network-level configurations, allowing mobile marketers to manage all network-level links for a specific partner simultaneously.

Moving forward, the Adjust settings hierarchy will function as follows:

  • App-level settings: The existing baseline tier, applied by default.
  • Partner-level settings (New): Defined by the partner; overrides app-level settings.
  • Network-level link settings: The highest tier; defined by the network link and overrides both app-level and partner-level settings.

Where to find it: Marketers can configure these optional settings within Campaign Lab inside the Adjust Suite. Your existing attribution logic will remain completely unchanged unless you choose to actively utilize this new feature.

2. Expanded Uninstall and Reinstall Data Sharing with AppLovin

To offer more consistent and accurate measurement for reinstall-driven acquisitions, Adjust is expanding its data-sharing capabilities. The platform will now support uninstall and reinstall data sharing directly with AppLovin.

Who is eligible? This functionality will automatically apply only to clients who meet both of the following criteria:

  1. Have the Uninstall/Reinstall package enabled on their Adjust account.
  2. Have an active AppLovin integration configured in their dashboard.

Key Timeline & Next Steps

Marketers should keep the following dates in mind regarding the automated rollout:

  • June 2: The opt-out window officially opens for all eligible accounts.
  • June 11: The features go live automatically for eligible accounts that have not opted out.

Action Required? No action is required if you want to take advantage of these updates. If you prefer not to participate in the automated rollout, additional details regarding the opt-out process will be sent directly to eligible clients.

For specific questions about your account configuration, you can reach out directly to your Adjust representative or contact their support team at support@adjust.com.
