In celebration of New Year holiday on January 1st, 2026, please note the following updates to our operations:
FBN RTV (Return to Vendor) processing will be temporarily paused on these days. You can continue to raise inventory retrieval requests during this period. However, processing may be delayed. Approved requests will not incur storage fees.
Collection Operations: Shipments collection from service points will beclosed on January 1st, 2026 , on account of the holiday.
Delivery Operations: FBN return shipments, FBP (Directship Non-Delivered Return) & CIR (Customer-initiated Return) deliveries will continue to be operational as usual on these days.
