Notice Regarding UAE Midday Break Regulations
As per the latest updates received from the UAE authorities, we would like to inform you that there is a new regulation regarding the implementation of a midday break until September 15, 2024. This regulation prohibits work under direct sunlight and in open-air areas across the UAE between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM. There will be fines imposed on employees working during the midday break.
With reference to the above guidelines, please note that the open vehicles are not allowed to inbound shipments between 12:30 PM to 03:00 PM.
Kindly ensure to get the appropriate appointment time slot to avoid sidelining and delay in offloading. All other closed vehicles will be processed as usual.
