Introduction:

Qasar Al Dewaan Mall (QADM), developed by RS Builders and Designers, is a boutique commercial project situated in Lahore’s prestigious Theme Park View Society. Inspired by traditional Arabic architecture, the mall sets a new benchmark in culturally themed retail destinations. With premium commercial units, proximity to the SL4 Link (connecting to the motorway), and investor-focused infrastructure, QADM is positioned to become a shopping landmark.

The Challenge

Despite having a strong architectural concept and an attractive investment proposition, QADM needed a digital ecosystem to promote their project effectively and reach their target audience. The project was under construction, and they lacked:

  • A modern website to showcase floor plans, features, and booking options
  • Search engine presence to capture intent-based traffic from potential investors
  • Active and strategic social media communication to create brand recall and trust

Our Objectives:

  • Build a fully responsive and elegant website aligned with the brand’s Arabic-themed design language
  • Execute SEO to gain search visibility for keywords related to boutique malls, commercial shops for sale in Lahore, and Theme Park Society
  • Launch and manage social media profiles with a focus on investor engagement and awareness building

1. Website Design & Development
