Renowned for its high-quality systems and innovative equipment, Hydrotech has a strong presence in the American market. With an existing footprint in the UK, the brand decided to expand into the UAE market in 2024.

Medialinks was brought on board to lead the expansion in the UAE—from setting up the local entity to launching the digital infrastructure. Additionally, we developed region-specific ecommerce websites for both the UAE and the UK markets to strengthen Hydrotech’s online presence and support direct-to-consumer sales.

Objective:

Launch Hydrotech Gardening in the UAE and UK by building a digital presence, establishing local operations, enabling direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and driving revenue via Amazon.
