BRIEF
Gisada planned a short-term, high-impact retail activation in Dubai to strengthen its in-market presence and drive immediate results. The objectives were to:
- Increase brand awareness in a premium mall environment
- Drive fragrance sampling and customer interaction
- Boost in-mall sales within a limited activation window
- Ensure luxury-level brand representation through trained promoters
Medialinks was appointed to manage the activation end-to-end, including staffing, execution, and on-ground coordination.
SOLUTION
Medialinks deployed six professionally trained fragrance promoters at Mall of the Emirates for an 11-day activation.
Our scope included:
- Live fragrance sampling and personalized customer engagement
- Premium product display setup aligned with brand standards
- Fragrance storytelling rooted in Gisada’s Swiss heritage
- Assisted selling with guided scent recommendations
- Daily field coordination, reporting, and performance monitoring
